KANMO GROUP GIFT CARD
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Kanmo Gift Card (hereinafter, the Card) is the property of KANMO GROUP Indonesia, hereinafter, KANMO GROUP, the issuer thereof, the holder of the Card being a mere depositary.
The Card can be used to purchase any goods for sale in any of the KANMO GROUP points of sale located in the territory of Indonesia, it cannot be used in stores of any other country.
The price of the Card can be paid by any of the means of payment accepted by KANMO GROUP.
Any outstanding balance of the Card shall not be refunded, or exchanged for cash.
The Card can be used as often as the holder thereof would like while it is valid and until the total amount has been used up. Kanmo Gift Card is not applicable for top up.
The remaining balance on the Card from time to time available shall be the difference between the balance prior to the purchase and the relevant amount used up in such purchase. Where the purchase price is in excess of the available balance on the Card, the difference may be paid in cash or through any other payment means accepted by KANMO GROUP.
The remaining balance on the Card is shown on the cash register receipt every time a purchase is made with the Card. Prior to leaving the point of sale, the user of the Card must check the amount shown on the receipt. Unless evidence is given to the contrary, the balance of the card from time to time available shall be the one determined by the card reader used at KANMO GROUP’s points of sale.
Products purchased with the Card are subject to the same exchange and return policy as any other products purchased at KANMO GROUP stores.
Any merchandise returns using Kanmo Gift Card to purchase will not entail crediting back the card but rather replace the merchandise with other merchandise.
The Card shall be valid for a 2-years period from the date of purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the Card cannot be renewed, or used to purchase goods, nor shall any unused remaining balance in the card be claimed.
The Card is a bearer instrument. Its holder shall be solely responsible for the use and custody of the Card. KANMO GROUP shall not replace the Card in case of theft, loss of damage thereof.
Cards originally obtained through any unlawful means shall be null and void and they shall not be used to purchase goods, nor shall the price thereof be refunded.
The Gift Card shall not be used for the purposes of advertising or promoting goods and/or services marketed by any third party other that the issuer of the card, unless prior written consent is given by this latter.
The purchase and/or use of the Card entails the full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which have been made available to the customer online at bit.ly/KanmoGiftCard/

KANMO GROUP GIFT CARD
SYARAT-SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN-KETENTUAN UMUM PEMNGGUNAAN

Kanmo Gift Card (selanjutnya didalam Syarat-syarat dan Ketentuan-ketentuan Umum Penggunaan ini disebut Kartu) adalah milik KANMO GROUP Indonesia, selanjutnya di dalam Syarat-syarat dan Ketentuan-ketentuan Umum Penggunaan ini disebut KANMO GROUP, selaku penerbit, pemegang Kartu hanya selaku pemegang.
Kartu dapat digunakan untuk membeli produk apa pun yang dijual di seluruh outlet KANMO GROUP di wilayah Indonesia. Kartu tidak dapat digunakan di toko-toko negara lain.
Kartu dapat dibayar dengan cara pembayaran yang diterima oleh KANMO GROUP.
Saldo yang terdapat pada Kartu tidak dapat dikembalikan, atau ditukar dengan uang tunai.
Kartu dapat digunakan sesering yang diinginkan oleh pemegangnya selama Kartu masih berlaku dan sampai seluruh jumlah saldo telah habis digunakan. Saldo Kanmo Gift Card tidak dapat ditambahkan.
Saldo yang tersisa pada Kartu dari waktu ke waktu adalah selisih antara saldo sebelum pembelian dan jumlah yang digunakan dalam pembelian tersebut. Bila harga pembelian melebihi saldo yang tersedia pada Kartu, selisihnya boleh dibayar secara tunai atau melalui cara pembayaran lain yang disetujui oleh KANMO GROUP.
Saldo yang tersisa pada Kartu tertera pada bukti pembayaran setiap kali pembelian dilakukan dengan Kartu. Sebelum meninggalkan outlet, pengguna Kartu harus memeriksa jumlah yang ditunjukkan pada bukti pembayaran. Apabila bukti diberikan berbeda, saldo Kartu yang tersedia dari waktu ke waktu adalah saldo yang ditentukan oleh alat pembaca Kartu yang digunakan di outlet KANMO GROUP.
Produk-produk yang dibeli dengan Kartu tunduk pada kebijakan penukaran dan pengembalian yang sama dengan produk lain yang dibeli di toko-toko KANMO GROUP.
Pengembalian produk apa pun yang dibeli dengan menggunakan Kanmo Gift Card tidak akan menyebabkan pengembalian kredit pada Kartu tersebut, namun produk tersebut akan diganti dengan produk lainnya.
Kartu berlaku selama 2 tahun sejak tanggal pembelian. Setelah masa berlakunya berakhir, Kartu tidak dapat diperbarui atau digunakan untuk membeli barang, dan saldo yang tersisa dan belum digunakan di dalam Kartu tidak dapat diklaim.
Kartu ini adalah instrumen alat bawa. Pemegangnya hanya bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan dan penjagaan Kartu. KANMO GROUP tidak akan mengganti Kartu yang dicuri, hilang atau rusak.
Kartu yang diperoleh melalui cara apa pun yang tidak sah dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan tidak dapat digunakan untuk membeli barang, dan juga tidak dapat memperoleh pengembalian dana untuk harganya.
Gift Card tidak boleh digunakan untuk tujuan mengiklankan atau mempromosikan barang-barang dan/atau jasa-jasa yang dipasarkan oleh pihak ketiga mana pun selain penerbit Kartu, kecuali izin tertulis telah diberikan oleh penerbit Kartu.
Pembelian dan/atau penggunaan Kartu wajib memenuhi syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah disediakan bagi pelanggan secara online di bit.ly/KanmoGiftCard/
